Karl Staten was found dead in the toilets of the Harbour Tavern in Queen Street in Bridlington on Tuesday 12 January 2016.
His death was described as unexplained, but two people were arrested soon after, a 32-year-old man for suspicion of murder and a 50-year-old woman for suspicion of conspiracy to murder and assisting an offender, but no charges were made and nothing more is known.
Karl Staten was found dead in a toilet cubicle at the pub at 11am by a member of the pub staff.
His post-mortem was inconclusive.
The police appealed for anyone that had been in the pub the night before, Monday 11 January 2016 that knew anything about Karl Staten's death to come forward.
Karl Staten had lived in Fort Terrace.
